What It Is:

When you book your complimentary one-day diagnostic visit, I’ll come to your shop and roll up my sleeves with you and your team. This isn’t a canned presentation, it’s a hands-on, deep-dive into how your business really runs.

Here’s what the day typically looks like:

Walkthrough & Observation:

I’ll tour your shop floor and office operations to see how work flows.

Team Conversations: Meet with key employees to hear what’s working, what’s not, and where stress builds.

Quoting & Operations Review: Take a close look at how jobs are quoted, scheduled, and managed. Leadership & Management Check-In: Explore how decisions are made, communication flows, and what’s getting in the way of profitability.

Preliminary Feedback: Before I leave, I’ll share initial observations and areas of opportunity.

After the visit, I’ll put together a tailored proposal that outlines what I can bring to the table to help your shop. That may include tightening up quoting, streamlining operations, and strengthening leadership, all aimed at building a more profitable business with less stress.

This first diagnostic day also gives us both a chance to see how we work together. It’s not just about identifying opportunities, it’s about making sure the approach fits your shop, your team, and your goals. From there, we can design the right plan for moving forward together.

Why It’s Free:

I know how much trust it takes to bring someone in. That’s why the first visit is completely free for new clients. It’s your chance to experience what working together looks like, without risk, without obligation.

Travel & Availability:

If your shop is within a reasonable driving distance of Massachusetts, there’s no cost to you at all. For shops further away, travel costs may need to be covered. I’ll always be upfront about that, and we’ll work out what’s fair before scheduling. The diagnostic day itself is still 100% free.
